Grab your friends and join the charge in beautiful Tower Grove Park for the 4th Annual Stampede for Stroke 5K and 1-Mile Run/Walk to benefit the ABC Brigade. The ABC Brigade supports stroke prevention, education, and quality of life for stroke victims in the St. Louis area. Whether your are a stroke survivor, a believer in the cause, or simply looking for a fun 5K race, the Stampede for Stroke is a great way to soak in the beauty of our city's parks while promoting health and awareness in the community.

Participants can pick-up their race packets on:
- Friday, November 6 from 10:00am-8:00pm at FLEET FEET - Des Peres
- Saturday, November 7 before the race at the Sons of Rest Pavilion in Tower Grove Park
Registration
*Individuals - $20 until October 18th. From October 19th through November 6th it is $23 and you are not guaranteed a shirt. Race day the price is $25.
*Stroke Survivors - $10 until October 18th. From October 19th through November 6th it is $12 and you are not guaranteed a shirt. Race day the price is $13.
Awards
The top male and female overall winners will receive an award as well as the first place male and female in the following age groups: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-49, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over.
